Rinae Arthur
Rinae is one of our amazing front deks! She is a mom of a lovely little baby girl, and a big lover of animals. Her favorite hobby is watching the annual rodeo in Arcadia with her family!

Some of her job responsibilities are summarized below:

Supervises the daily operation of the office, including helping staff establish deadlines for work assignment and completion, and monitoring work status and progress. Re-allocates staff resources as appropriate based on daily physician schedules, time-off, and capacity. Fosters teamwork between staff and physicians.

Actively participates in the daily operation of the offices.
-
Provides assistance to office staff members in order to ensure the office runs orderly for the physicians and patients.
-
Responsible for managing personnel related activities including, scheduling hours, accurate timekeeping, attendance, time off requests, leave of absences, employee relations issues, performance evaluations and overtime management.
-
Manages office level billing procedures, patient registration, diagnosis coding, applicable collection of co-payment and outstanding balances from patients while ensuring full compliance with established cash control policies and procedures.

Calling patients for follow-up appointments, insurance eligibility, and of course, being a positive role model to each child she greets!
Liana Carina
Liana is a vibrant, caring and compassionate front desk! She is currently attending college and plans to work in the healthcare field as a nurse or medical assistant in the future. She loves her mom's Italian food and sending time with her extended family.

Amanda Ryan
Amanda is an experienced medical assistant. Previously Amanda had worked at Millennium, pain management, gastroenterology and other primary care setting. She has experience with both adult medicine and pediatrics.

Explaining treatment procedures to patients and printing post-procedure forms, vaccine forms, and etc.

Preparing patients for examinations.
-
Assisting the physician during examinations.
-
Collecting and preparing laboratory specimens.
-
Performing basic laboratory tests.
-
Instructing patients about medication and special diets.
-
Preparing and administering medications, including by intramuscular, intradermal, and subcutaneous injections—including vaccinations/immunizations, as directed by a physician or other licensed provider (e.g., a nurse practitioner or physician assistant).

Transmitting prescription refills as directed.
-
Phlebotomy.
-
Taking electrocardiograms.
-
Wound care and changing dressings.
-
Taking care of her 5 year old daughter and being an amazing mom!

Coordinating a medical plan between the provider, patient and other staff.

Ensuring follow-up appointments are made and sending referrals.

Alyssa Tyre, RN
Alyssa is an caring and devoted Registered Nurse. She loves animals and has a dog! She's also a proud mommy.

Responsible for managing purchases and submitting invoices for payment.

Ensures that patients are treated courteously by office staff and that other visitors are screened and properly directed. Promotes a customer service orientation among staff members.

Maintains the physical property and equipment of the office including arranging for routine and emergency maintenance with landlord and outside vendors.

Manages physician call and coverage schedules.

Ensures office is in compliance with regulatory requirements including: safety, OSHA, HIPAA, employment and labor laws, state and federal guidelines.

Actively participates in patient complaint procedures.
