Paying Your Bill: 
Please pay online using the link above or send a check to our office address.

If you have Medicaid coverage or additional insurance coverage, please click "update insurance" below and submit a photo of your insurance card or text/call/email. 

Please note that you should provide proof of coverage in a timely manner, otherwise your claim could be rejected by your insurance company for not timely filing. 

All payments are due when services are rendered or when your bill is received.
