SCHOOL PHYSICAL EXAMS!

Florida law requires all school children have the appropriate health exam documentation! The physical examination must be performed by a health care provider licensed to perform physical exams and must be completed within the past 12 months.

Ukrainian refugee and other refugee children are given free appointments and free forms. We continue to pray for the families in Ukraine.
